I don't know if Gemini's explanation would be quite as creative as the fake story ending it hallucinated in response to a question about a real science fiction story. But it might be interesting. Seeing that name shown there twice, so prominently in the upper left and lower right of the cartoon, had me wondering if I'd missed lots of stories about M. Gudman. And chatbot explanations of their mistakes are usually the most entertaining thing about them.

I try not to comment on the AI stuff you post, Goonch, unless necessary, as with the AI music you posted in Music Appreciation (which you left there, though others who posted music they didn't know was AI have deleted it; maybe you missed my replies there). But since you like generating AI cartoons based on news and DU OPs, I thought someone should mention that AI's tendency to hallucinate means it's usually a good idea to make sure even the names AI adds to cartoons like this are relevant to the subject of the cartoon.

Editing to add, re the S. Roberts name that's also prominent there (though appearing only once, in the lower right of the cartoon), that although there really is an S. Roberts whose name appears in some stories about Epstein - Sky Roberts, brother of Virginia Roberts Giuffre - he's been trying to get the Epstein files released in their entirety, so you might want to ask Gemini why the cartoon has a box of files labeled S. Roberts' Confessions.
