Trump on the other hand is probably talking about the loss of Russian soldiers and he wanted it to end with Ukraine ceding or surrendering.

As to Graham, I'd have to see proof he was helping Ukraine in any meaningful way. If he was, fine. I just didn't trust the guy, like I don't trust republicans to do anything decent or humane these days.
