James Lucas retains Athens City Council seat after runoff victory
ATHENS, Ala. — An incumbent City Council member in Athens retained his seat following a count of the votes in Tuesday's runoff election.
Officials shared the following unofficial results from the District 3 Run-Off Election:
(I) James Lucas — 287
Henry White — 200
