Guntersville officially elects mayor in runoff election
GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - The people of Guntersville have spoken.
Incumbent Leigh Dollar was elected mayor Tuesday night in the runoff race.
Dollar, who was first elected in 2012, was challenged by Jeff McLaughlin.
On Election night, August 26, Dollar finished one vote ahead of McLaughlin before provisional ballots were counted.
