The Trump administration is permitted for the time being to enforce its orders restricting diversity, equity, and inclusion among businesses and universities, after a federal appeals court agreed to pause a lower court's injunction.

A panel of judges from the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit granted the Trump administration's request for a stay of injunction pending the outcome of the appeal.

BREAKING: A unanimous Fourth Circuit appeals court panel on Friday evening issued an order allowing the Trump administration to again begin enforcing three provisions of Trump's anti-diversity orders that a district judge had blocked nationwide.

Order: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.ca4.177868/gov.uscourts.ca4.177868.29.0.pdf
Having reviewed the record, the district court's opinion, and the parties' briefing,
we agree with the government that it has satisfied the factors for a stay under Nken v.
Holder, 556 U.S. 418, 426 (2009).

We therefore grant the government's motion for a stay of the preliminary injunction.
The Clerk will set an expedited briefing schedule after consultation with the parties.
Entered at the direction of Chief Judge Diaz, with the concurrence of Judge Harris
and Judge Rushing.

The judge had an order last month and plaintiffs went to court again complaining that 45 was not complying. Meanwhile, that order was being appealed and the OP is the result of the appeal.

Don't know if there are other suits directly dealing with this although there may be some that include it with other stuff.

ETA - the 4th Circuit jurisdiction -

I know a couple news sites have trackers but they have faded those into back pages I guess. Democracy Docket has a bunch but then they mix in "election" related cases with the current anti-45/Musk cases.

My OP had included a link to the filing this group had done yesterday and your OP has the separate Appellate decision issued today, referencing the original February injunction.
