'Unhappy' Trump was blindsided by Elon Musk's Pentagon plans: report

Source: Raw Story

April 5, 2025 8:05AM ET

A meeting Elon Musk scheduled with Pentagon officials in March was scheduled without Donald Trump's knowledge causing friction between the two, reports the Wall Street Journal.

As part of a deep dive into the relationship between the tech billionaire and the president that Musk had a large hand in getting re-elected, the Journal's Josh Dawsey, Annie Linskey, Brian Schwartz and Dana Mattioli report that tensions within the White House between Musk and staffers led the president to instruct chief of staff Susie Wiles to take control of the situation.

According to the report, "In the months since Trump took office, Musk has alienated some Trump aides with his chaotic approach to his role."

Case in point, the Pentagon meeting Musk set up with the Pentagon where he was reportedly going to be briefed on China war strategy that, once leaked, set off a firestorm the White House was forced to put out.

that is, the random motion of particles suspended in a medium - the particles being the alleged humans and the medium being Trump's ideological and/or gaseous omissions.

I think this is Trump blaming Musk and throwing him under the bus. Trump takes credit for things he did not do and blames others for his blunders. Musk clearly was running things. If Musk did anything without Trump knowing, which I doubt, it's on Trump. Doesn't Trump only hire the best people? Also, I think Trump is jealous of Musk.

He can never have enough power, control, money, fake adoration, and so on. It’s part of his psyche as a malignant narcissist. Trump is a human black hole. 🕳️

He still holds the office! The people who could use the Constitution to remove him and don’t are equally culpable. I don’t think I am mistaking anything. I’m completely aware of the situation. They are hiding two sick men in plain sight!

"tensions within the White House between Musk and staffers led the president to instruct chief of staff Susie Wiles to take control of the situation."

Like it's **never** FOTUS47's fault that anything turns to utter shit, as we KNOW it does -- hourly.

And then FOTUS47 himself fails to address the mess or show any command ...
He dumps it it his nitwit COS's lap, then he apparently goes back to snoozing, eating big macs, refilling his diaper.

What a pathetic little toddler.

Wiles has been dubbed "ice maiden" for whatever reason and it seems 45 finds certain women (like long-time "executive assistant" Rhona Graff) who make me wonder if they remind him of his mother. He is able to have them "run interference" when there is discord going on between "his people".

Trump reminds me of some of the older people I know (I am 77) and some younger than me who when prompted will go on the most convoluted speech meandering on just about about subject known to mankind. And not making any sense at all.

Just like Hitler had Goebbels speaking to him and prompting him, Trump has his Miller. Always close by in the pictures
