GOP-led Oversight Committee says Biden pardons signed by autopen are 'void' in final report

President Joe Biden delivers his farewell ...

Former President Joe Biden experienced such “cognitive decline” while in office that it remains a serious question as to whether he was aware of the substance of the various pardons and commutations signed in his name via autopen, the GOP-controlled House Oversight Committee asserted in a letter it sent to Attorney General Pam Bondi, urging her to consider whether that clemency might be invalid and to take action for potential prosecution against some of Biden’s aides.

The committee “deems void President Biden’s executive actions that were signed using the Autopen, and the committee determines that action by the Department of Justice is warranted to address the legal consequences of that determination,” it wrote to Bondi in the letter released Tuesday morning.

The letter was made public alongside a 93-page report outlining the committee’s conclusions from its months-long investigation into Biden’s use of the autopen. It alleged the committee had found “a cover-up of the president’s cognitive decline” and “no record demonstrating President Biden himself made all of the executive decisions that were attributed to him.”

All those J6 traitors need ti be thrown back in prison and all laws trump made, including the EOs need to be nullified. Ive had it up to here with their double standards. All they want to do besides delegitimize the Democratic party, is turn people off from voting democrats into office for fear of the next evil trump will wreak on them. There must be a way we can stop him besides trying to outvote a rigged system.

Republicans try to cheat at everything. Trump uses the autopen and so does Comer, but don't let that stop them from trying another fake Biden scandal.

Hunter, General Milley, Liz Cheney. Adam Kinzinger, Fauci. Anyone who opposed Trump is on a list to be prosecuted and these pardons are preventing them from indicting them. They are investigating Adam Schiff over a false allegation that wasn't part of his pardon for his work on the J6 commitee.

Mark my words the DOJ will seek Indictments against them based soley on this committee report. DOJ will summarily void the pardons and dare the pardoned to petition the Supreme Court. This is all about inflicting financial ruin on anyone who investigated Trump.

The MRI and cognitive decline story yesterday should be front and center, again media is failing us. That said, this current story on Biden provides an opening and opportunity to redirect yesterdays story and Dems should be screaming (I know some are) more about Krasnov condition. This is so frustrating.

He does not meet the requirements for federal office, as stated in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, because he engaged in an insurrection, the finding of that fact the result of litigation in Colorado courts in which Trump was a litigant and lost. This could not be more clear.

Sounds like a separation of powers thingie. Besides, Biden has unlimited powers, per the Supreme Court.

They say a lot of things. Most of them false. They can't reverse the pardons since there's no law or constitutional guidance on how pardons are issued.

Whether the President May Sign a Bill by Directing That His Signature Be Affixed to It

The President need not personally perform the physical act of affixing his signature to a bill he
approves and decides to sign in order for the bill to become law. Rather, the President may sign a
bill within the meaning of Article I, Section 7 by directing a subordinate to affix the President’s
signature to such a bill, for example by autopen.

They are so sure Pres. Biden was mentally in decline but think chump is fine.

What gives them the background in medicine to do this?

Charge them all with impersonating a doctor. Practicing without a license!
