this has been the guiding principal for the entire world for the last ninety years. we fought a whole war about it — and the Nazis lost.

in fact, Germany was so embarrassed by that Hitler killed millions of people thing that they passed laws banning Nazi symbolism. wear a swastika, or sieg heil in public, and you risk spending the next five years in prison.

one fascist nightmare was enough for Germany. they don’t need for that shit to ever happen again.

which is why it’s super fucking galling that on Friday, Couchfuck McGee — the doughy pantload who is technically Vice President of the United States — traveled to Germany and actually lectured them about how they should be more tolerant of Nazis.
