Elon Musk used to be the poster child for innovation. the lives of tens of thousands of people, and between Wall Street and the media they will push the great savior has arrived in the form of trump.

The question is will the American consumer buy it? Competition is now appearing on the scene, I don't think his base customer, which are environmentally conscious consumers are going to jump back into another Tesla after what he has done to the country, and I doubt the Internal Combustion Engine loving Magas will be buying Teslas either.

I think the "good old days" - when every lie out of Eloon's mouth about his newest vaporware product prints millions for investors - are gone, though. Most of the people who are dumb enough to worship Trump think electric cars are for sissies, and all this sciency stuff is turning good Christians into devil worshiping communists who think the Earth is round. Eloon isn't going to have much crossover appeal with them.
