Key Facts
Trump complained on Truth Social about Greenes 60 Minutes interview, in which the Republican congresswoman repeatedly lashed out against Trump when discussing her decision to resign in January.
Trump has been a longtime critic of 60 Minutes, and previously received a settlement of $16 million from CBS owner Paramount over his criticisms of the programs interview with former Vice President Kamala Harris.
The president likened Greene to a rotten apple on Truth Social and said she went BAD because she was JILTED by the President of the United States, but went on to say his real problem with the 60 Minutes interview was that the new ownership of 60 Minutes, Paramount, would allow a show like this to air.
snip*The president changed his tune on the deal on Monday, however, writing the companys new parent company is NO BETTER THAN THE OLD OWNERSHIP.

These are big players in action. Trump has little sway over them. The $16M Trump and his lawyers received from Paramount was pocket change to that company.
