Trump makes DISASTROUS argument against Jack Smith's proposed order - Talking Feds

Trump and his lawyers fired back against Special Counsel Jack Smith's proposed gag order. Team Trump claims the proposed order is an attempt by the Biden Administration to silence him during his campaign. Smith, on the other hand, argued that the gag order was necessary to reduce threats and the possibility of a biased jury. - 09/26/2023.

1. I'm not versed in political strategy

But I doubt the “The Biden Administration” would want to silence trump. He is providing the soundtrack for Biden’s campaign.

But Jack Smith and the Judge are wanting trump to have a fair trial, and not wanting anyone to be murdered in the process leading up to the trial. So I’m on their side. Irony. The last thing trump wants is a fair trial.

Trump wants the news to be all about him. He is a freaking success with that endeavor.

3. As was said, they want to make sure than no one is injured or killed resulting from his incitement

There was already a guy headed to the Obama home with explosives and a woman was arrested after threatening to kill Judge Chutkan - and lest we forget, there was that brutal attack on Nancy Pelosi's husband. All TFG's words are meant to incite his deluded "followers" - "I'm being indicted for you..."
