He signed that agreement for Judge Chutkan that he'd knock that off or be "detained" - but he not only kept it up, he ramped up his attacks! So Jack Smith issued a "gag order" to ensure a fair trial, but TFG is still attacking and threatening everyone in sight, hoping to incite his "followers" - but still he's on the loose! How can we expect a fair trial if he scares all the witnesses away - which is certainly his intention.
