Which could result in incarceration in a mental facility rather than prison, but it was agreed that his lawyers would never agree to that.

They keep instituting different versions of "gag orders," but his reaction is to increase his attacks and there's concern that he's attempting to incite more "followers" and pollute the jury pools. He needs to be prevented from speaking out (ranting) for once and for all, whatever it takes.

What is going on in this country that this criminal can threaten the lives of American citizens?! There was that guy headed to the Obama home with explosives after TFG gave out the address at a "rally." And then there was the woman who was arrested for threatening to kill Judge Chutkan! How is he able to get away with placing Americans in danger?? What happened to the agreement that he signed for Judge Chutkan that he would be "detained" if he persisted in his threats?!

12. Jack Smith asks for narrow gag order from Judge

With 41 pages, I think it’s 41 pages with copies/receipts of his offenses. What I don’t understand is why is this not going to be before the court until October 16? All this time/due process for his lawyers to prepare? He’s certainly not being treated like everyone else, as we all know.

14. That's the thing! Can you imagine any other private citizen getting away with threatening judges??

Not to mention 41 pages! It's great that Jack Smith is moving ahead, but how much damage has already been done?? He just said that General Milley should be "executed" and shoplifters should be "shot!" What more do they need??
