Dmitry Medvedev is sounding the alarm over what he sees as a push toward World War III. This time, it was Grant Shapps, the new British defense minister, who drew Medvedev’s ire, after the former said that he’s planning to relocate some training programs for the Ukrainian army directly to Ukraine.

There is no confirmation because the story is Russian propaganda which is why TVP breaks the fake. TexasTowelie Oct 2023 #2

I haven't heard of this on MCNBC. If this is true, this is huge as the Brits are callling Putin's bluff...and we will of course be involved in this stunning development of the Ukrainian War.
