John's UPDATE, He is out of ICU and in a private room. He is eating, talking and walking some. He still is in pain.

Since John has cats at his home. I sent him two realistic stuffed cats from the hospital gift shoppe from DU,

Demand pain meds from the Dr.! Today!


When asked what the pain level is, in order to get the med, the correct answer is 8!!!!

People heal better when they're not in pain! Take it from a 30-yr nurse!

They have him medicated for pain I hope, they pain eventually will go away.. Glad he’s walking and eating, good signs.

And maybe 500 mg of ester-c (250 twice a day with meals) to help the blood vessels heal. This will be a delicate time as all those repairs will have to heal fully, same with any stents. Best wishes for a maximum recovery.
