Fire At My Golf Course Last Night

Clubhouse had a major fire. Total loss.
30%, at most, of the structure is still standing.
The carts are in a basement garage, and since they're made of fiberglass, they melted into puddles.
So, no clubhouse, no carts.
They are intending to rebuild & the owners have lots of money and were insured.
Because of the unseasonably warm weather here, they had $1,500 on golf revenue yesterday. In February.
Next day, no clubhouse.
Our whole gang of retired guys is bummed out.

But, we have to walk it until they can get rental carts from somewhere.
Not a tragedy. It will give us more exercise but it does slow the game down & we're all fast players.
Might be playing 9 instead of 18 for a while.

More like a ranch house.
Just a rectangle, with one bar & grill room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms & an office.
I'm guess 2,000 square feet, if that.
The only problem with a mobile office trailer is no bathrooms, so they'd have to do portajohns.
