I have a huge favor to ask

Several of you posted links to great reference materials that you recommended for the various subjects that we've shared and discussed.
I'm trying to put those links into one place that I can more easily draw from as I was unable for obvious reasons to pursue them in a more comprehensive way prior to my surgery etc.
I have some in my email inbox saved but I would love to have a sort of encyclopedia that I can open and draw from as my schedule is going to open up.
I hope my request is not out of bounds and further will keep kicking to get all those the opportunity to post their links.
Thank you so much for your investment of knowledge to me.

https://www.dresselstyn.com/site/ Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Book

https://gamechangersmovie.com/ A free movie sponsored in part by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan, and many world class professional athletes also with a special segment for men and how to improve their sexual performance and segment on heart disease. Very entertaining and full of facts presented in a non preachy, fun and engaging way.

I did this meditation for you on your surgery day, sent you an dumail and forgot to hit send. Doh. I’ve been doing the whole series of meditations. They are calming and healing.
