1. Phenomenal! Where does one get accurate and dimensioned drawings allowing for a build like that?

I built models as a kid and helped my son when he was into modeling, although cars, planes and ships, not trains. And I have thought to get back to it and when I see pictures like yours and I note too the folks that build super detailed and accurate military subject dioramas I realize if I go there, I may never get anything else done. Must be a thrill to get to the put it on the track stage and be able to share it.

This is one of my former employer's many scratch built 1/12" = 1 ft. scale locomotives and his track layout.
