No 7 Tudor Road in Crystal Palace, southeast London
If this grand Victorian villa seems familiar, it could be because you lusted after it while watching the spy thriller
Black Doves on Netflix. No 7 Tudor Road is the home that Keira Knightleys character, Helen Webb, lives in with her politician husband.
In the TV series, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom house is in Highgate, north London, but in real life its in Crystal Palace, southeast London. And it could be yours it went on sale this week with the estate agency Hamptons
for a guide price of £5 million.
Lisa Thoy, the owner, was actually househunting in West Dulwich, a couple of miles down the road, to be close to Dulwich College, where her sons were going to school. She only viewed the house in Crystal Palace out of curiosity, but as soon as she stepped into the hallway, she fell in love. They bought it in September 2016 but didnt move in until renovations were completed the following April.

There are some big, beautiful homes in West Dulwich but they are a little Identikit, whereas this felt unique and special, she says. The production team at Netflix seemed to think so, too. The filming request for
Black Doves was only the second one that Thoy received after signing the house up with an agent.
