justt had a cup of hot coco today. wanted to get a lot done today , but the energy just went south. this morning and overnight was cold . slept in reclining char most of the nite . the the mornings temp was in the 60s. now have window open to air the place out . wearing heavy sweat shirt and heavy sweat shorts .
