Flounder from the Gulf. My BIL caught flounder 10 casts in a row. He’s a helluva fisherman. He directed the charter captain to where he thought would be good for flounder. 65 different fish in 6 hours.

2. That looks delicious, underpants. Nothing like fresh caught fish. Flounder is one of my favorites.

Mr. Diamond fishes Lake Erie every summer and brings home lake perch. We are having a perch fry for Memorial Day. I will make corn muffins and Cole slaw to go with, and cherry pie for dessert.

I fry it in oil in a deep pan on my outdoor grill.

3. The grill was busy

My BIL and his wife were in Milwaukee fairly recently. He went fishing in Lake Michigan. He shipped home 40 pounds of fillets.

He’s quite a fisherman.

4. Mr. Diamond lives for fishing. We eat the fish he catches year round.
