Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsJust tried a microdose shroom gummy...
only 2.5 mg of lion's mane...suposed to help with brain fog and such.
We'll see if anything actually "happens"
Having my usual morning coffee and toast etc...
I guess I'll check back in an hour or so and report if I feel any different.
Has anyone here done the microdose thing??

(11,458 posts)2.5 mg is a very small amount, so I don't know. (2G is 2000mg)

(15,169 posts)I take it at night, so I figured an am microdose won't cause a serotonin issue...

(9,333 posts)we can have all the beer or booze we want but State Legislature doesn't want us to have anything else. Of course I could always go to Oklahoma and get a "Jesus Shot" which our State AG Commissioner did, although it didn't help him at all - still the hillbilly redneck he was before.

(15,256 posts)I'm fortunate that my local farmers market sells fresh Lions mane and oyster mushrooms.
I made. a tincture out of dried turkey tail and lions mane. Long process with a dual extraction.. Took the tincture for a month or so... I did not notice any change..YMMV

(9,833 posts)Low Dose Naltrexone at 1 to 4.5 mg for feeling happier, for pain and for immune modulation. People on naltrexone for opiate abuse or alcohol abuse take 50mg plus but lots of positives for this drug in tiny amts.
Low Dose Naltrexone is basically methadone given in tiny amts. Thousands online in many LDN forums.
You need a prescription or can get one from an online dr. The low dose is only available in compounding pharmacies.

I already broke my intermittent fasting schedule today so I don't mind talking about food currently, but this won't last past 7pm EST
