We all know we do it.

Years ago we were looking at a house on a golf course. I’d played this course which means the greens fees weren’t very much. I told my wife - this isn’t a good idea. Balls hitting the house or at least having to be aware of them would be a constant.

I’d always be startled and flinch, but I’d give ‘em a salute and a wave…while thinking that hitting a moving target was a pretty useless skill to develop in the game of golf.
