I need some advice on the best way to dispose of flours and other dried cooking items. I'm moving to

Costa Rica at the end of the month and can't take those types of things. Should I just dump it in the garbage?

If it's just flour, sugar, normal pantry stuff, and you live in a wooded or grassy area or have a garden, just dump it into the soil. The rain will take care of it.

Otherwise, just trash it.
