What a bummer of a birthday.

My 60th birthday has turned into a disaster. I started to have breathing problems and my heart rate spiked. This morning I went to the ER because my pulseox was at 76.

The good news is that I'm on room air and the troponin enzyme which leads to the heart problems is decreasing. I'm still waiting for my EKG test. Hopefully, I'll be released tomorrow evening

The bad news is that I'm stuck in the hospital on my birthday.

Sorry it's a shitty bday, but tomorrow you can celebrate!

I rec taking a break from kraznov news. It's heartbreaking what he has done & continues to do, but we have no control over it.

to be where you are where you are. They will fix the problem. Modern medicine is nothing short of miraculous compared to what it was when we were kids.

When you are better and home and comfortable - just turn the calendar back a day or two as needed.

Hoping you have a happy birthday when you get to celebrate! And get well soon!

I am still in the hospital. I was hoping to get our this evening, but it looks like it will be tomorrow.

I received the EKG results today and it shows more heart failure than when I was hospitalized last year. They are adding two more medications to my regimen so they want to keep me overnight. My glucose levels are all over the place which complicates the treatment options.

I'm sending positive healing vibes your way.

I understand the complications of glucose levels being all over the place.

I hope that you're able to go home sooner than later.

so I don't have to lug an ,O2 concentrator around in a wheelchair. They only put me on O2 for a few hours after being admitted. My brother is an RT so he knew to take me to the ER when my pulseox was at 76.
