Absentmindedly took my nighttime sleeping pills this afternoon.

These really knock you out. I’ve decided that I’m only going to take a half of what I normally take tonight. Any other suggestions?

And get up whenever. I don't know where you are, but sleeping seems to be a good alternative to this administration, and where I am, to the current weather situation.,

I just took the remaining medicine I needed to take that morning and didn't take any more medicine that night. I had a terrible night but got back on track the next day.

Have you considered a manual weekly pill organizer? They come in several different color options but if I ever needed one I would choose the one that has clear for daytime and the black for nighttime. They can be purchased at pharmacy stores, big name department stores and Amazon.

These are timed with alarms if you needed an alarm. These are pricey ($48 and on up) but great for organizing medications for 28 days or for both morning and evenings for 14 days. It automatically dispenses the medication in a holder for you at certain times that are set. These come in several different options as well.
