I got SO hungry watching it too! The quality of ingredients and the care and art of prep are off the charts.

Pretty sure it is some kind of soup, as it has seeds in it. Perhaps black sesame miso.

Those eggs are just entrancing. And that sauce!! So wish he starts selling it and I find a specialty e-shop to buy it from.

The meat and eggs look like they are absolutely top quality. Add in the carefully sourced rice, homade sauces and pickled ginger and greens equals a gourmet quality meal.
Question about the beverage which is served: is it coffee, tea or miso? I noticed the woman using a label to pour it into cups.

The food looks absolutely stellar. I am a huge fan of Japanese pork dishes.
Osaka has such great food options, especially the numerous Osaka style (versus Hiroshima style, the other major style in Japan) okonomiyaki restos
.

I also love Osaka style takoyaki.
