They are probably sayings or things someone in their family said. Or maybe old sayings I've just never heard. But, do wah diddy sounds like something they'd say while writing lyrics and just filled in the space with something that matched the rhythm planning on filling in with lyrics when they think of some?

And I guess Come,Go with Me just goes with the words.
