Penguins were on my bucket list when we visited New Zealand in February. Little blue penguins come ashore every night on the South Island.

(37,843 posts)If you look closely at the far left on my Lake Erie photo you can see the Perry nuclear power plant. (Perry, Ohio). Photo was taken right off Geneva-on-the-Lake.

(4,000 posts)An F-22 hitting the afterburners at the Pacific Airshow in Huntington Beach last year. I had a hard time choosing which image to enter. My wife picked this one. I wish there was a way to convey the sound as well.

August 30, 1984 @8:41 EDT Discovery launched with the payload of Satellite Business Systems Syncom IV-2 and Solar Wing Telstar.
