C doesn't show enough context for an unusual subject.
A shows a view from the side, but the frog appears to have bilaterally equal sacs on his head.
B gives the most easily understandable view of an unusual subject.

Feels more visually balanced, although all 3 are stunning.

than just popping up on the top of his head.

B is best from that standpoint, imo. But C has has a whimsical quality that I enjoy, because of the the surreptitious way the frog seems to be peering out of his of its hidey hole.

It shows off his sacs more clearly and I love his whimsical grin.
But all three have their charm!
