Found Scott and Bailey. Two female detectives in Manchester. Their pertains lives sort of take a back seat to the mysteries. But there is a serial killer plot running through the episodes.
I'm on season 1 ep5

Of course you cant really go wrong with anything on BritBox. And for a light hearted comedy I loved open All Hours and Still Open All Hours (20 years later with most of the same cast) lots of laugh out loud moments.

(17,757 posts)dialect of English. My wife and I have been binge watching Brit mysteries for several months now. I like 'em. We are watching Unforgotten now. It has a good cast, outstanding acting, good plot lines and beautiful scenery. It comes free if you can tolerate the ads.
