The ensemble cast and perfectly written dialogue are exceptional.

Trivia: I went to high school with Kevin Pollak, who plays Midge’s ex-father-in-law.

But I heard what happened. They cancelled the series and had to cram a bunch of stuff into one season. It's definitely not as good as the rest of the seasons. But still very well done.
