Or nearly so. Arkansas has a bit less area and population (about 3 million to 3.4 million)
Numbers here as of this morning (update is a couple hours from now).

First case confirmed 3/13
Confirmed cases now 217
The recent daily numbers have been, 94, 110, 135, 158, 162, 189, 217
No deaths; 4 in intensive care

The country is locked down, the borders closed, social distancing is widely promoted, mass gatherings banned.
Also, Montevideo is creating new shelters and healthcare facilities for personas en situación de calle (homeless).
