Selling the 40 Acres in Sonoma County...

I am selling the land My dad bought in the 70's...it's too much for my old bones to fix up.

It's between Guerneville and Healdsburg in the Hills, about 1100' elevation. Used to watch the fog come in and fill the valley up. It's bare land now, there's a road but no house. There's still septic. and a capped wellhead, and even electricity because my dad buried the lines.. (they survived the August Complex Fire in 2020) But it would be great for solar or wind... probably even rain catchment. There's a spring in the valley, shared with the neighbor.

It's been re-assessed and I'm selling for $200K

Here's a couple links:

https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/20181-Sweetwater-Springs-Rd_Healdsburg_CA_95448_M91028-13635

I'm planning a trip down there after the first rains. Donn't wanna drive up the grassy road in the heat with a hot car... But if anyone wants to meet up and see the place, let me know...

Figured if anyone wants a good "bug-out" spot, this is it!

The Sonoma Land Trust.

Beautiful spot. You could get your price, plus the land would be preserved for perpetuity.
