A plan to make a street in Denver safer was scrapped amid opposition from the family of Colorado's richest man.

... did Mr. Moneybags ever elaborate on WHY he was against making a busy street safer? Or is he just a rich bully wanting to get his own way, just because he can?

A few years ago, Rutland, Vermont instituted a very similar plan in their traffic management and it worked wonders in making US Routes 4 and 7 MUCH safer, and easier to navigate. West Lebanon, New Hampshire, a shopping Mecca, did the same thing with equally positive results.

With the evidence presented, it would appear that Mr. Moneybags is an ignorant asshole, and it looks like city officials ain't much better.
