Idahoans United gathering petition signatures on Election Day
dahoans United for Women and Families will host drive-through petition signature gathering events across the state on Election Day, giving Idaho voters the opportunity to sign the Reproductive Freedom & Privacy Act petition while participating in local elections.
While Idaho law prohibits advocacy activity within 250 feet of polling places, Idahoans United volunteers will staff convenient, accessible locations respecting this required distance from 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. Tuesday. The effort is part of a statewide campaign to meet the rigorous requirements of Idaho’s citizen-led ballot initiative process and qualify the measure for the November 2026 ballot.

The Drive & Sign location in Idaho Falls will be at the Unitarian Universalist Church Parking Lot at 555 E St.
