Bill introduced to get Illinois state workers their back pay

A southern Illinois Democrat has filed legislation to pay unionized state workers back pay that they have been owed since 2011.

This state is in so much financial trouble! Rauner will not sign a budget. He wants unions to give up their rights. He wants us to be a right to work state. He is a billionaire who purchased his election, and he is hurting the poorest among us.
