Sedgwick County Election Office moving after 2025 general election
WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - The Sedgwick County Election Office will move out of the historic courthouse after the general election in November.
Election Commissioner Laura Rainwater said the move comes as the election office has outgrown its current location.
Last year, the county approved purchasing the Waltons Inc. building at 3635 N. Comotara, between Rock and Webb roads in east Wichita.
The purchase price was $4.5 million.
