Police say a couple caught on camera engaging in oral sex on a crowded MBTA station platform will face felony charges and could end up on the states sex offender registry.
That is, if they are caught.
Were going to exhaust all resources to identify, locate, and arrest these people, said Lt. Richard Sullivan, spokesperson for the Transit Police.
The incidentwhich took place on May 15 at the Orange Lines State Street stationcame to the attention of authorities after an MBTA passenger posted the photo on a Facebook page.

Which does beg the question-- why have a transit police force?
Another question-- howcum nobody on the platform complained and they had to wait for a Facebook photo to find out about it?
