UP Porcupine Mountains Copper Mine causes protests

Haven't mined copper in the UP in some time, this mine would be open for 11 years and create 380 jobs. People need work, but the environmental impact seems dramatic.

And why would it since the press works for the billionaire class. But these rules would be a gigantic leap in further stacking the deck against smaller and locally owned companies.
