Looking at all the mayoral candidate and their "parties" it is obvious that for some this was a joke

Jeffery Alan Wagner, party: Why Not Wagner 127 votes

Xavier Pauke Party: Protecting Tomorrow’s Dreams 93 votes

Troy Anderson, Party: Nomunist 52 votes

Kevin Ward, Party: Nobody’s party 166 votes

And one from Renaissance and For the People.

Did they have to register their “parties” with the Secretary of State?

I think we need to address how people get on the ballot. They should at least be required to submit a petition of (200?) Registered voters to get on the ballot. My understanding g is now all it takes is cash.
