I was here in 1991, and this will probably be half as much snow.
Hope I’m right. Don’t want to deal with that much snow.

+11 degrees regular temperature with a 17 mph wind

Golden Valley, west of and adjacent to Minneapolis, 4 miles from IDS tower.

I track the weekday noon windchill temperatures to figure out when to do my combination exercise walk / trips to grocery store shop. I usually leave house around 11 am or noon. Anyway, Monday at --6 windchill and Tuesday at +2 windchill are no-go.

(I take the bus most of the way back, but still have 2/3 miles to walk $100 to $180 worth of groceries from the bus stop to home, so that is sometimes an ordeal. But good upperbody exercise).

I thought we were done with "boxing glove" weather, was thinking about putting those away for the rest of the year, but nope.

Wednesday and beyond are quite decent

I found this Star Tribune article (no paywall or gimmicks at this MSN-hosted article)
March used to be Minnesota’s snowiest month, but not anymore, 3/14/26

March is now #4. December is first, January 2nd, February 3rd
