Nebraska courthouse to reopen Wednesday after closing due to bomb threat
The York County courthouse will reopen Wednesday after a bomb threat prompted officials to evacuate it and close county offices there Tuesday afternoon, the sheriff's office reported.
The threat, which investigators determined to be unfounded, was called into the sheriff's office just afternoon, the sheriff's office said.
The York Police Department and Nebraska State Patrol assisted sheriff's deputies in the investigation.
The courthouse is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
