I don't know how republican candidate Curtis Sliwa expects to

get elected for NYC mayor.

So many New Yorkers are familiar with his consistent, incoherent blather on his radio programs on WABC for decades. He is uninformed and proud of it. It's like Trump; you get the feeling that he's in love with the sound of his own voice.

He's not someone you would trust the City with.

Curtis, stay in the subways and fight crime.

That is a loophole in campaign finance law, unused campaign funds can be rolled into a retirement account once a cannidate "retires" there may be some age rules about how that goes down, and distributions become taxable income and the principal goes under one of the retirement account rules.
