Seven candidates for Williston School Board election
WILLISTON, N.D. (KUMV) - Four seats are up for election in June for the Williston Basin School District. Only one incumbent is running again.
Six candidates are running for the three at-large positions held by Chris Walstad, Chris Jundt and Brittany Kilgore:
Jeremy Brenner
Samuel Johnson
David Rodriguez
Brittany Kilgore
Katie Zufelt
Diane Schmidt
A district spokesperson said candidate bios will be released later this week. Kilgore was appointed to the board earlier this year after the death of John Kasmer. For the lone rural seat up for election, Dennis Nehring is running uncontested. Kyle Renner is not running for reelection.
