Early voting begins across the Crossroads for May 3 election
CROSSROADS, Texas Today, April 22, marks the start of early voting in the Crossroads. Voters in Victoria, DeWitt, Calhoun and Jackson counties have important decisions to make ahead of the May 3 election.
Victoria County voters will decide on the mayor, the proposed venue tax, City Council positions 5 and 6, and Victoria ISD Super District members 6 and 7, along with District 1. Voters in Bloomington will also decide on whether to incorporate.
Early voting in Victoria County takes place at the Dr. Pattie Dodson Health Center, 2805 N. Navarro St., Victoria, Texas 77901. Voting is available Tuesday, April 22 through Thursday, April 24, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, April 25, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Monday and Tuesday, April 28 and 29, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
DeWitt County voters will cast ballots for Cuero Regional Hospital director, City of Cuero council member, Cuero ISD District 1 trustee, and a Yorktown ISD trustee.
