EARLY VOTING IN PROP A ELECTION BEGINS OCTOBER 20

Voters who reside within Northwest ISD will have the opportunity to vote in the district's operations funding election beginning Monday, October 20. Listed as Proposition A on the ballot, voter approval of the election would generate $12 million in funding to reduce class sizes and continue to provide teacher and support staff raises.

During early voting, which takes place from October 20 to 31, voters can cast ballots at any location within their county. Please note that polling location hours of operation differ by county, and some counties do not offer Sunday voting. During Election Day, which takes place Tuesday, November 4, voters in Denton and Wise counties must cast ballots in their precincts. Tarrant County voters can cast ballots at any county polling location both during early voting and Election Day. Voting times on Election Day are standardized across the state, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
