Botswana President Mokgweetsi Masisi joked about ‘owning CNN’ while displaying a 2,492-carat diamond recently unearthed from a mine.

mining in Canada, being that Canada has become over the last 40 or 50 years a large diamond/etc. mining region in the world.

I wonder what the powers that be have planned for this diamond? It's going to take some planning etc., in order to determine how to cut the diamond in multiple chunks.
