A Mother's Promise: Barack's Biography
Uploaded on Oct 3, 2008
A biography of Barack Obama that played at the 2008 Democratic National Convention, prior to Barack's acceptance speech.
Take a few moments and be thankful for what we have been given, all of us, by this man, and so many others.
Also Michelle explains the very moment she fell in love with Barack. It would have made me fall in love with him, too.
We are blessed at this moment in time. I cannot be made to feel ashamed of this man.
Obama has not changed course, he remains true to his vision, which is his strength.
Hope you enjoy the video, my fellow members of the BOG.

NOTICE: This is the BOG, or Barack Obama Group for the supporters of the President. You know the drill. TIA.

"We have an obligation to work for the next generation"
When he got to the Senate.. the senior members would say.."Go away leave us alone" "He wouldn't"
We are "blessed " Thank you~ Some pics I have never seen before.. is always nice!

(91,519 posts)Not one iota has he changed. The vision that he had is the vision he still pursues. Naysayers can moan and say that he betrayed us, that he lost that vision.
I say, no he has not and he has proven that time and time again. He has worked diligently, with the haters and the obstructionists trying to destroy him, he has prevailed. Not as strongly as he wished, yet he keeps moving us forward.
He is a blessing freshwest.
Thank you so much for your thread!
