I'm getting confused but i know she won huge on the big islands and he won the small island with like 100 people voting so i dont know what they do if he has like 10% overall he's 0 right?

As I understand it, there's a 15% threshold. If he doesn't reach that, he gets 0 delegates. nt

Hillary won St. Croix with 92% meaning Bernie is nonviable and Hillary gets all 3 there.
4 are up for grabs in St. Thomas+St. John, Bernie want St. John, but St. Thomas is 12x as big and has similar demographics as St. Croix. There are 4 delegates there. If she wins St. Thomas in a similar manner, she might push Bernie into being nonviable there as well.

or the signins at a caucus to get a delegate.
